I help New Zealand organisations hire and develop people using Industrial/Organisational psychology. That means using tools and methods that are backed by research, so the decisions you make about people are ones you can explain and stand behind.

I work remotely with clients across New Zealand, from my base in Canterbury.

Why organisations work with me

  • Registered I/O Psychologist. My methods come from the research on what actually predicts performance at work, so your decisions hold up if they're ever questioned.
  • Every result is interpreted. I talk you through what the results mean for the role, and every candidate gets their own debrief as well.
  • Fair to candidates. Structured, consistent processes reduce bias and treat people with respect. That protects your organisation and your reputation as an employer.
  • Built around you. I start with your goals and your team, then design the process to fit - so you only pay for what you need.
